Business Plan for a Swimming School Foundation

The aim of this thesis is to provide a business plan proposal for swimming school that will offer swimming classes for children in age from 6 month till 4 years. The thesis will be divided into 3 main chapters. First chapter contains all theoretical points needed for further analysis. Analysis of external environment and current market situation is covered in the second part of the thesis. Last chapter consists of the business plan proposal itself and SWOT analysis.
Analysis of teaching in APŠ swimming schools operating in the South Bohemian Region

The bachelor thesis deals with a complex analysis of swimming teaching in swimming schools associated in the Association of Swimming Schools in the South Bohemia Region, specifically swimming of children in primary schools. The theoretical part deals with a brief history of swimming, teaching swimming, basic swimming skills, teaching methods and the use of aids for swimming teaching. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the appropriate first swimming method and basic training of swimming methods is given below. Everything is in accordance with the teaching texts provided by the Association of Swimming Schools and methodological materials issued by the Ministry of Education. The synthetic part is focused on the description of the teaching process in individual swimming schools in comparison with the methodological and teaching materials.
The most common errors in performing the crawl swimming method among children in the second and third grades from the Benešov district and their correction.

Title: The most common mistakes in crawl swimming in second and third school year from Benešov district and their remedy. Objective: The aim of this work will be to determine the most common mistakes that children in seconad and third grades make in the technical execution of the crawl swimming stroke. Methods: The research conducted for this work was supervised by the supervisor of the work, and an evaluation scale was used during the pocess. The obtained results were taken down in tabels and graph for clarity. Results: Based on the evaluation of the used scale, the most frequently recurring errors in the given movement category were revealed. In the correct body position, students made mistakes by the positioning their bodies incorrectly so that the water level crossed their forehead while swimming. In the activity of the upper limbs, the incorrect submersion of the arm dominated, which did not occur at the shoulder level. In the lower limbs, irregular movement and coordination prevailed. Regardless of gender, two most common mistakes were observed in breathing - students did not breath to the side and were unable to time inhalation correctly. Swimming lessons in the Prague 5 - Barrandov area

The aim of the thesis is to map the compulsory lessons of children of younger school age in the Prague 5 - Barrandov area. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the importance of swimming, the history of swimming, the legislation of swimming schools, the swimming methods taught in basic compulsory swimming lesson and the teaching methods. In the practical part, we will find the results of an investigation of the level of basic compulsory swimming lessons in selected swimming schools in the Prague 5 - Barrandov area. The investigation methods are the method of qualitative questioning - survey and the observation method. The resulting data are statistically processed and entered in tables and, for better clarity, in pie charts. The topic of this thesis is the comparison of individual educational methods at swimming schools. Its main focus is on the preschool children group. In the theoretical part I will be focusing on the characteristics of swimming and its significance for the human body. The focus on the preschool children group consist of covering the various methods of swimming techniques from a teaching standpoint, usage of swimming tools and their age peculiarities. The practical part of the thesis will cover the differences between educational methods at three different swimming schools with the use of swimming tools and the evaluation of the qualification level of swimming instructors. The level of teaching swimming schools in the Central Bohemian Region

The aim of the this thesis is to map the compulsory lessons of children of younger school age in the Central Bohemian Region. It also focuses on the question of teaching the first method of swimming in individual swimming schools, on the teaching methods used, and as well on the education and length of practice of their teachers in these schools in the choosen region. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the history of swimming lessons, the legislation of swimming schools, the importance of swimming, the swimming methods taught in basic compulsory swimming lessons and the characteristics of children of younger school age. In the practical part, we should compare the level of individual swimming schools in the region in compulsory swimming lessons, as well as the components that can affect this lessons. At the same time, we should map the teaching of individual swimming methods and teaching methods in these swimming schools in the Central Bohemian Region. The influence of free marketing communication tools on potential customers' behavior in field of swimming in small business

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of free marketing communication tools on potential customers` behavior in 3FIT Swim School. The most effective communication tools were presented using frequency based on the internal statistics containing the data of all potential customers interested in swim lessons and new customers who have ordered a swim lesson. Title: The influence of free marketing communication tools on potential customers` behavior in the swimming field of start up companies Objectives: The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the influence of free communication tools on customer`s behavior. We aim to analyze the number of requests expressing the potential customer`s interest in private swim lessons in 3FIT Swim School during the reporting period, always stressing out the free communication tools. Methods: The longitudinal retrospective study was set as a method. It deals with an empirical research in which the selected objective is being evaluated during a certain reporting period. The primary data of 3FIT Swim School were used for this thesis. Results: Based on the results of the study we consider each of the selected communication tools as a source of new customers.
